Written on a damp, wet and miserable Saturday afternoon, as the Wendy House flooded at a similar rate to that of Stoke City’s goal; Blame It On The Weather was an excuse for Dennis to have a laugh and joke when there was nothing else to be spoken about other than shit news and the weather.

Highlights of the EP are the ironic clichés found in the title track “Blame It On The Weather”, the emotional nuances found in “Grey Skies Give Me The Blues” and the heartache portrayed throughout “Stand Up”.

Thank you Joe Stanton, for your beautiful work, in the rainy city of Salford, recording and producing the EP. You might just find exactly what you were looking for in Dennis Dinkle’s debut EP “Blame It On The Weather”, but don’t blame it on Dennis if you don’t.
